WHAT IS A VIP?

Every previous TCL client with a completed and paid project is automatically a TCL VIP.

Referral PROGRAM

We’ve updated our referral credit program to make it easier to keep track of your available referral credits. Referral credits are now emailed to you in the form of a digital promotion code that you can use directly in the TCL store or apply to any quoted services. Additionally, referral promo codes are now transferable, so you’ll be able to gift your referral credit to a future referral.

For VIPs with existing referral credits, we emailed codes for the total credit amount early in 2024. If you believe you have a credit but have not received an email, just let us know.

Referral program details:

  • Receive a $25 referral credit for each of the first 2 paid referrals.

  • Receive a $50 referral credit for the 3rd and each subsequent new paid referral.

  • Referred clients receive a 5% discount off their first order, excluding TCL gift cards (applied on top of any existing promotions!).

The “NO Vacation Required” Substack

VIPs are offered a lifetime “paid” subscription to the No Vacation Required Substack, the new home for the VIP Newsletter.

What is No Vacation Required? A lot of things…

  • It’s the idea that you can build a life you don’t need a break from.

  • It’s inspiration and advice to motivate you to create a No Vacation Required life.

  • It’s the reason we started The Change Laboratory.

  • It’s hyperbole (even fulfilled people appreciate vacations).

This new benefit grants VIPs access to premium content, including our Ask an Expert chat feature – a place to get thoughtful, trustworthy advice on a broad range of topics, from how to deal with a bad boss to how to move your career forward.

Substack program details:

  • If you are not already a subscriber, upon paid project completion, we’ll add you to the No Vacation Required substack as a lifetime paid subscriber.

  • If you are a free subscriber, upon paid project completion, we’ll upgrade you to a lifetime paid subscriber.

  • If you are a paid subscriber, upon paid project completion, we’ll upgrade you to a lifetime paid subscriber when your subscription is up for renewal.

PROMOTIONS

VIPs are offered follow-on services (resume updates, etc.) at discounted prices. Additionally, we periodically extend promotions (service discounts, etc.) exclusively to VIPs.
