What We Tell Our Corporate Clients

Kent R.

The Stop Hating Mondays Podcast

Here at The Change Laboratory, change is, as you would expect, what we’re all about. So it should come as no surprise that we are constantly looking for new ways to understand an issue, elevate client experiences, or just make something better. And that’s what we’re doing in this season of The Stop Hating Mondays Podcast.

For five seasons we’ve been addressing questions from the perspective of the individual job seeker or employee. And, across our 15 years as change consultants, we’ve always leveraged the insights we gather from across our consulting practice – specifically from the work we do with small business and corporate clients – to make sure our advice is reality based.

Now, in this season, we’re flipping the script and speaking directly to our corporate clients – business leaders looking to drive change in their organizations and build healthier, happier, and more effective workplaces. But don’t get it twisted. The advice we’re providing is also meant to give individuals insight into what’s happening on the other side of the table. We think it’s an interesting way to give job seekers and employees a little leg up, which is really what we’re most interested in here at The Change Laboratory.

Look at the next six episodes as employees getting to eavesdrop on what we tell corporate clients.

So, let’s kick things off with a discussion about what employers should look for in interviews. Later in the season, we’ll tackle questions about organizational culture, employee experiences, benefits, and the “Great Resignation.”
