TANDEM’S TIPS: HOW MANY RESUMES TO HAVE
Kent R.
Over the next several weeks, I’ll be responding to frequently asked questions that have not been addressed here on the blog recently. Q: Should I have a different resume for each of my job interests?
A: In most situations, I believe that a good resume is one that you can easily adjust as you apply for different positions. I refer to this as having a “core” resume, which can be targeted even if your particular career track encompasses a couple of specialties. At times it is necessary to have multiple, distinctly different resumes, but circumstances call for that much less frequently than you might think.
