TANDEM'S PROCESS = MORE THAN A NEW RESUME

A lot of people are intrigued by the fact that Tandem's process for rewriting a resume is about a lot more than a sharp new resume. At the end of a project, most clients are far more excited about the fact that the process has been a confidence booster. Of course, many people start the resume retooling process knowing that they need to find a new way for employers to see their skills and experience. What potential clients don't consider, though, is just how differently they'll view themselves after the project. I love it when a client says something like the following - which I just found in my in-box - after reviewing their new resume:

Wow, I never thought of presenting myself this way.  I'd definitely hire me now!

Tandem's process is differentiated from that of other providers because of my background and unparalleled approach. Each client is unique and deserves an individualized process. I regularly tweak my approach in order to incorporate best-practices and to make the process as meaningful as possible.

After collecting foundational information via my standard questionnaire, things really kick into high gear. Clients then complete my resume maximizing survey and answer additional, targeted questions based on what the questionnaire uncovers. It takes a bit more work for both of us, but it jump-starts your efforts and gives you a new framework for looking at yourself and your career.
