Tandem Powered is Now The Change Laboratory

A couple of months ago, we alluded to some big changes happening across the middle of 2020.

Today, we’re happy to announce the most significant part of that change:

Tandem Powered is now The Change Laboratory.

When inaugurated, Tandem Powered was all about our clients receiving assurance that we were their partners in career and business success. The word Tandem – along with our chief tagline: Working. Together. – communicated that well. The word Powered effectively communicated momentum. Finally, many clients picked up on the “empowered” embedded right in the name tandEM POWERED.

Across the 10+ years of Tandem Powered, we solidified our commitment to excellence in client partnerships. During that decade+, the business has evolved to increasingly meet the needs of a growing client base. In recent years, clients – both individuals and organizations – have come to rely on us for all things change. The name The Change Laboratory clearly defines that niche and makes it clear what we’re all about.

For individuals: The employment landscape is evolving quickly. Since the Great Recession and COVID-19, especially, it’s important to know how your skillset can plug into the opportunities that the new world economy presents. We have a strong track record of championing career development and job-search momentum by helping individuals uncover strengths, remove barriers to success, and move into more fulfilling careers.

For Organizations: More and more, change is a constant reality in modern, forward-looking workplaces. It’s critical to remain relevant, agile, and laser focused on the customer experience. All that while also keeping employees invested in their work and growing personally. We provide a broad range of organizations – from F500 corporations and government agencies to agile start-ups – with comprehensive, new-school HR and Business Strategy guidance.

As we move through Summer and Autumn, we’ll be fine-tuning the relevance of our services, Basically, we’re going to do everything that’s been on our “wish list” for the last few years, as Change Consulting has become our core focus. In addition to the availability of more consulting/coaching opportunities (which we recently launched), keep an eye out for:

  • Offerings in the Personal Development arena. You have many roles, but there’s only one you. Our clients have asked for services that address their holistic selves.

  • An enhanced focus on fulfillment. Our clients are tired of settling for mediocre jobs, and COVID-19 has put an exclamation point behind the desire for more meaning at work.

  • Deeper Business Consulting offerings with an emphasis on helping our corporate clients meet the need for near constant change management.

We’re excited for the name change and are eager for the entire suite of new offerings to launch.
