As I said last month, we’re fielding a lot of questions from people and companies for whom the ensuing devastation seems insurmountable. Companies are looking for guidance on how to make employees feel safe and heard; individuals are looking for ways to feel less untethered.

We’ve been really surprised to see just how many people are embracing this time to make positive change. A lot of clients have expressed gratitude for simply having the time to work on personal development in a meaningful way.

As a starting point, allow me to point you toward this blog post, outlining why we just might be the right partner for you.

I want to take this time, too, to say we’re taking our own advice. You’ll see some big changes around here as we move through Spring/Summer 2020. We regularly level up the quality and relevance of our services, but this time we’re knocking it out of the park.

To put it succinctly, we’re going to do everything that’s been on our list for the last few years. In addition to the availability of more consulting/coaching opportunities (which we recently launched), keep an eye out for:

  • Offerings in the Personal Development arena. You have many roles, but there’s only one you. Our clients have asked for services that address their holistic selves.

  • An enhanced focus on change and fulfillment. Our clients are tired of settling for mediocre jobs, and COVID-19 has put an exclamation point behind the desire for more meaning at work.

  • Deeper Business Consulting offerings with an emphasis on helping our corporate clients meet the need for near constant change management.

  • A new business name – one that rises up to meet the suite of new offerings.

So, yes, it’s very big stuff, and we’re extremely eager to see it take flight.
