Behavioral Interviewing
Kent R.
Q: What's the one most helpful interview tip you can provide now that I have my new resume?
A: That's a tough question because different employers have different expectations and styles when it comes to interviewing. I will say, though, that most interviewees fail when it comes to providing specific examples that back up and lend credibility to their responses. Most employers use what's referred to as a Behavioral approach when it comes to interviewing. This approach requires that candidates share the details of actions that they have taken as related to each question. Show up to each interview prepared to share those sorts of details.
